Portrait on Canvas
is a deeply immersive artistic experience—not just a quick sketch, but a thoughtful act of capturing presence, personality, and energy. Each portrait is created over the course of at least one full session (5–6 hours) and may require two sessions, depending on complexity and technique.
In these portraits, my focus is on conveying the raw vitality of the subject—making the image convincing, emotionally charged, and expressive. The color palette is typically dark and intense, with a dominant use of black, giving the works a dramatic, enigmatic atmosphere. Many of them carry a sensual undertone, emphasizing the physicality and presence of the model.

The final artwork is a large-scale canvas (over 1 meter on the long side), most often created with charcoal and black acrylic. It is also possible to use oil paint to add depth and color.
The price of the work depends on the technique, number of figures, and details. The starting price is 1000 euros. A portrait may require one or multiple sessions, depending on its complexity. Oil painting is complited without the presence of the model and takes significantly more time.
All details are discussed during a preliminary meeting, where we get to know each other, exchange ideas, and select the best format. A gift certificate is also available.
