MUSES graphics
Mixed media on paper
A3
2022-2023 Cyprus
MUSES is a live drawing project, a series of life sketches created over years of attending an artist circle dedicated to drawing nude models from life. The project began around 2019–2020 and continued until 2024, during which I created hundreds of works exploring the dynamics of the human body, its plasticity, anatomy, and portrait features.

In the early stages, I worked in Procreate on iPad, producing digital drawings, but in recent years, I transitioned entirely to traditional techniques. The works are created on paper (mostly A3 and larger) using black and colored markers, ink, pencils, and mixed media. Many of these drawings have been sold and now belong to private collections, while a significant part remains in my archive and portfolio.

The project has been a long-term study of movement, form, and the energy of the human body, but MUSES is currently on pause. At the moment, I create portraits from life only by commission—as part of a news experience or in the format of large-scale personal portraits.
